. Arena
- Each member must be active in the arena.
- If a member were to miss a week of action without notice on the forums or by msn, a warning will be issued .
- If a member misses another week seperate from there other, they will be suspended from clan wars and scrims for a week.
- If a member were to miss a month of action, they will be placed on the inactive list till there return and a tryout will be issued.

II. Forums
- Each member is to be registerd and active on the forums.
- A minimum of 5 post a week is required on the forums.
- Each member is to participate in the voting polls in members area.

III. Server
- Each member is recieved ref for .eRa| TDM after a manditory 30 days.
- Each member is to not misuse or overpowere the ref on the servers or it will be taken away from them.
- If a member gives the ref to another player outside the clan, punishments will be enforced.

IV. Respect
- Each member is to give every player respect.
- No name calling or starting arguments in a server or forums.
- If a player makes a comment towards you that is disrespectful, then you may lash back, but to a certain point are you to do so.

V. Playing Fair
- Each member is to play the game fairly and give respect to others.
- If a member is caught using a cheat of any kind, they will be instantly removed from the clan.
- No member is to be aloud camping in a server were a serious game is taking place.

VI. Clan Duties
- Each member is to follow the Treaty Of .eRa|
- No member is aloud to join another TDM Rail Freeze Tag 1.16 clan. Joining another clan will lead to removal of the clan
- Each member is to wear the .eRa| tags with pride and respect.

VII. Clan Practices
- Each member must attend 1 clan practice a month
- Each member is to participate in the organization of clan practices

VIII. Clan Wars/Scrimmages
- Each member is to participate in atleast 3 clan scrimages a month
- Each member is to keep intouch of planned wars on these boards
